ATDCFL W.I.L.D. is back and better than ever!

In addition to wonderful learning opportunities, W.I.L.D. IV will include a Networking EXPO and Community Team Bike Building during Summer Sizzle!

Our agenda this year includes keynotes from Gallup, James Carter of Be Legendary and Connie Phelan of Fire Power Seminars.

Activities include:

  • A 2.5 day Facilitation Skills Pre-conference offering
  • Three learning tracks - Training Delivery, Talent Development & Learning Technologies
  • Networking EXPO hall
  • Board breaking during a keynote
  • Charity bike building for awesome children
  • Connecting with new and old friends!

We are excited to partner with the Children's Home Society of Central Florida for our "Build a Bike, Empower a Child" initiative to give 30 or more deserving children a bicycle.

Your registration includes a donation that will be the key to filling this gap and empowering these children with the gift of a bicycle.

In addition, to contributing towards a new bike with your registration, you or your organization can choose from our various offerings which include a donation towards or purchase of a bicycle!
